TRE is a gentle, body-based practice designed to help the nervous system release built-up stress and reset. It works by activating the body’s natural shaking or trembling response — something we all have — which helps the body let go of tension and return to a calmer, more balanced state.
The group:
• Runs weekly over six consecutive weeks
• Is kept small and well-supported
• Is fully guided and suitable for beginners
• Requires commitment to attend all sessions

is a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, performance coach, and leading expert in the areas of mental health and peak performance with over 20 years experience both as a lecturer and practitioner in private practice. He is the author of several degree modules in health psychology and the book ‘Anxiety Unplugged’ available in kindle format from Amazon. During his career he has worked with Olympic athletes, and Fortune 500 companies.
