PP Online Library has a host of workouts at different levels and focusing on different areas or elements of Pilates for you to practice at home. Practicing more than once a week has huge benefits for your body and mind, improving muscular memory and improving body awareness.
This is a chance for you to focus on your specific postural issues or assist rehabilitation with injuries. Your instructor will guide you towards the workout that is appropriate for you whether that’s a Shoulder workout with Karen or a Pure Stretch with Gemma.

Please can we ask that you take the online video classes easy, remember the basic principles and look after your own body

We’ve also made some FREE videos just for you. These show the basic principles of Pilates and some of the key basic movements for you to practice at home as well as a class at beginner, beginner plus and Intermediate level.
