Group Mat-work Course
Mat classes are the foundation to all Pilates exercises so if you are new to Pilates this is the best place to start. We offer mat classes at different levels, in small groups so we can make sure the class is tailored to each individual in it. If you’ve never attended a Pilates class before you’ll need to have a 1-1 first (see below for more information).
Levels: Beginners/Beginner Plus/ Intermediate/Advanced

Group Reformer Course
A group reformer class adds resistance and strength, and sometimes support to your workout. This is an inspiring session on a bed of pulleys and springs. You’ll need to have some experience on the mat before joining this class.

Group Studio Equipment Sessions
Bespoke studio sessions offer you an individually tailored programme working in our fully equipped studio on the Pilates Chair, Reformer, Cadillac and Barrels. It’s a great class if you’re working towards a personal goal, have an injury that needs a bit more attention or want a bespoke programme which is focused on your specific needs whilst enjoying the atmosphere of a smaller group class.
Maximum 4 clients
£22 per session/ £200 for 10. Can be booked weekly.

A personalised programme just for you. Your first session includes a full postural and movement analysis and then we build your programme from there. Everything is tailored to what you and your body need. If you are coming to us post rehab or are referred from a health practitioner, or if you just prefer a more personal approach then this is the session for you.
You’ll need to have a 1-1 if you haven’t done Pilates before and want to book on a mat course.

Enjoy your pregnancy to the fullest by taking one of our Pregnancy Pilates Studio or 1-1 sessions. Taken in our fully equipped studio the session will be adapted to suit your personal needs and your stage of pregnancy. We know how important it is for you to know that you and your baby are in safe hands and our highly qualified instructors will look after you throughout.
The benefits of Pilates during pregnancy:
- Maintain muscles tone, endurance and strength with a particular focus on the pelvic floor
- Achieve optimal fitness and health for both you and your baby during your pregnancy and for labour
