Group Reformer classes are back from May 17th 👏👏
The Pilates reformer is a large piece of equipment that consists of a sliding carriage and a spring-based resistance system. On one side, you’ll find a sturdy bar, and on the other a pair of straps. You can use the bar and these straps to move the carriage back and forth as you tackle a range of different exercises. The reformer adds resistance and strength, and sometimes support to your workout. This is an inspiring session on a bed of pulleys and springs. You’ll need to have some experience on the mat before joining this class.
Join Suzy for her NEW group reformer class on a Tuesday at 6.30pm starting Tuesday 18th May.
Classes are £17 each and are booked as a course.
