Group Introduction to Reformer

We have a Group Introduction to Reformer class coming up on Wednesday 13th September at 6pm with Niamh.
The Reformer machine adds resistance and strength and sometimes support to your workout. This is an inspiring session on a bed of pulleys and springs. You’ll need to have some experience on the mat before joining this class. Limited spaces available.
