This is a great place to start if you are completely brand new to Pilates, or you haven’t done it for a long time and need a refresher of the basic principles. The basic principles are the key to getting the best out of your weekly group class.
These classes are kept small to allow the instructor time to teach you what to expect out of a Pilates mat class and answer any questions you have. This session is 55mins long.
