Reformers are Back!

We have several Reformer classes available throughout the week. See our online timetable here.

A group reformer class adds resistance and strength, and sometimes support to your workout. This is an inspiring session on a bed of pulleys and springs. You’ll need to have some experience on the mat before joining this class.
