Come and join us on for an introduction to Pilates!
Anyone of any age and ability can get started here on Niamh’s introductory Mat Pilates class. Starting with core breathing and gentle postural movements, Niamh will take you through the basic principles of Pilates. She will help you understand what areas you personally need to concentrate on and what to expect from a beginner’s course here at Purely Pilates. Mat classes are the foundation to all Pilates exercises so if you are new to Pilates this is the best place to start. We offer mat classes at different levels, in small groups so we can make sure the class is tailored to each individual. If you’ve never attended a Pilates class before you’ll need to have a 1-1 or join a Beginner Introduction to Mat Pilates class before joining the weekly group classes.
