We have a New 4-week Reformer Introduction Course
Starting Monday 19th May at 7.45pm with Elda
The Intro to Reformer course is a 4 week course designed to teach you everything you need to know to get the full benefit of your group Reformer class. You will be taught by our experienced teachers, the basic principles of Pilates, some key mat exercises and then will be introduced to the reformer and all its benefits. After you’ve completed the 4 week course your instructor will guide you into the appropriate class.
Reformer classes are a dynamic and inspiring session which add resistance, strength, and sometimes support to your workout. The reformer is a rather sinister (!) looking piece of kit made up of a bed of pulleys and springs. However, it’s benefits are huge, allowing you to create mobility and movement in your body, as well as helping to build strength, and encourage correct alignment.
Here at Purely, we are passionate about your experience of Pilates and genuinely want you to the feel the incredible benefits that it has to offer. We ask that everyone attend either a 1-2-1 or a group intro before starting mat sessions. We are now introducing a 4-week Intro to Reformer course to fast track you, if a Reformer class feels more your thing.
Learning any Pilates, reformer or mat, asks for a commitment to the process. To truly get the benefits of it, you need to learn from the ground up. Our new Intro to Reformer course will give you the true understanding of the essence of Pilates and from there it’s all up!

Classes are £19 each and are booked as a course of 4 weeks £76.
