NEW 8 Week Jumpboard Course with Helen.

*A cardio workout whilst improving your core strength (and still have time for lunch)*

Beginning Tuesday 23rd October, 12.45 – 1.25pm.

Jumpboard is an ‘easy to pick up class’ which has you doing simple jump combinations combined with upper and lower body strength and flexibility exercises. It has all the benefits of a cardio/strength interval workout whilst also challenging the core. It’s an energetic and fun class which can be done by total beginners as well as seasoned Pilates clients.

Helen fell in love with Pilates after suffering back pain after the birth of her twins, Seb and Hettie. She has had first-hand experience at the remarkable effects of Pilates for chronic pain, improvements in posture and developing core strength.

Inspired by the happiness Pilates brought to her life, Helen left her career in finance to become a STOTT Pilates certified instructor and teaches regular classes and one-ones in and around Brighton.

Helen enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels and is passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
