Myofascial Pilates Friday’s at 12.15pm with Gemma

Join Gemma for this new weekly class which will explore Pilates movements from a Myofascial perspective.

Each week we’ll play with the Rebound “spring” element of myofascial movement, alongside the Recoil, the free elastic energy that we naturally have in our bodies. We’ll explore Myofascial Release, moving away from the idea of static stretching and looking at ways to unweave inhibited areas and encourage your body to reorganise so you move in a more balanced, fluid way. We’ll Restore and Refine movement patterns so that your body feels stronger and moves more efficiently . This class is suitable for any level and ability.
