Brand New to Pilates and want to get started?  Come and join our Introduction to Beginner Mat Pilates on Wednesday 4th February at 6pm with Hannah.

A great place to get started if you are brand new to Pilates, or you haven’t done it for a long time and need a refresher of the basic principles.   The basic principles are the key to getting the best out of your weekly group class.   These classes are kept small to allow the instructor time to teach you what to expect out of a Pilates mat class and answer any questions you have.   This session is 55mins long.
