It’s back and with an extra element!
Gemma will take you through three key elements of Myofascial Movement- Rebound, Restore and Release. We’ll begin with a focus on Rebound, the natural spring in our bodies. Looking at the importance of the foot and ankle joint in movement, as well as why it is important to exercise in a
vertical position, and how can we bounce through our lives with ease! We’ll then look at Restoring your bodies movement patterns, in rotation and for the whole spine. The final section of the masterclass will focus on Release, moving away from the idea of static stretching. We’ll look at ways we can un-weave inhibited areas and encourage our bodies to reorganise so they move in a more balanced, fluid way. I promise you will feel amazing at the end!.
