Before the planting season really takes hold, don’t just think about what you’re putting in the garden but how to look after yourself while you do it! As gardeners, you will often think of light, space, design and colour but do you take the time to think about your body?
You need to be strong to counter the effects of bending over, kneeling and pulling and that’s where we can help…..
This Pilates for Gardeners workshop will help you recruit the core, get leg strength to get up and down from the kneeling position as well as upper body strength and mobility to lift, pull and twist. It’s all about mindful movements.
This workshop is suitable for all levels.
