Functional Breathing : Return to Calm with Hannah   

Thursday 24th November at 7.15pm – 8.45pm 

Hannah trained as a breath facilitator with Oxygen Advantage and Breath Guru to help with breathing efficiency and emotional release.  Her interest in breathing came about through 10 years of chronic fatigue and hypervigilance from childhood events. She now uses the breath to rebalance her nervous system, release emotions and aid with oxygen uptake by breathing more functionally.

This workshop will be focused on functional breathing to give you tools and knowledge to help you breath better on a daily basis, this in turn can produce more energy, a calm nervous system and greater focus.

 What will the workshop include:

  • Knowledge of the diaphragm, how it works and exercises to release it
  • Understanding of the 3 pillars of breathing 
  • How the breath calms you down
  • A gentle breathing session to bring about relaxation
  • Breathing exercises to take away and use immediately
