As the days get colder, it’s natural for our bodies to get stiffer as we shield ourselves from the drop in temperature. Unfortunately, hibernating isn’t an option and so to keep you moving beautifully through the next few months, why not come to our warm studios and give your body the help it needs to relax and stay moving freely.
