PP Online Library has a host of workouts at different levels and focusing on different areas or elements of Pilates for you to practice at home. Practicing more than once a week has huge benefits for your body and mind, improving muscular memory and improving body awareness.
This is a chance for you to focus on your specific postural issues or assist rehabilitation with injuries. Your instructor will guide you towards the workout that is appropriate for you whether that’s a Shoulder workout with Karen Overball with Sarah or a Pure Stretch with Gemma. Read more about it here
