Deeper understanding of the Basic Principles – Karen 

The morning’s session focuses on the 5 principles of Stott Pilates.
Karen will expertly take you through:

  • Breathing
  • Neutral
  • Ribcage Placement
  • Shoulder Placement
  • Head and neck

At the end of this session, you will have a deeper knowledge, awareness and understanding of the Pilates principles as well as your own body. This session will allow you to truly feel what Pilates is all about.

Whole body repertoire – Gemma 

Gemma will build on the morning you had with Karen and apply the knowledge you have learnt. In this session you will work through the ‘Whole Body Repertoire’. We can guarantee that both you and your body will feel amazing carrying out this beautiful flow movement and you will experience the same sequence that Joseph Pilates originally created and which covers every element of your body.

How to book

This Masterclass is booked as a whole event (not as two single sessions).

It will begin at 11.30 and end at 3.30. Each session will last an hour and a half and there will be an hour long lunch break for you to take the opportunity to enjoy the many great eating places around the Studio.
