After the popularity of Gemma’s masterclasses earlier in the year we are running a shorter and combined version of her Rebound and Release Myofascial Movement Masterclasses  on Thursday 24th April 1.30-3pm.

Gemma will take you through two key elements of Myofascial Movement- Rebound and Release. We’ll begin with a focus on Rebound, the natural spring in our bodies. Looking at the importance of the foot and ankle joint in movement, as well as why it is important to exercise in a vertical position, and how can we bounce through our lives with ease!

The second part of the masterclass will focus on “Release”, moving away from the idea of static stretching. We’ll look at ways we can un-weave inhibited areas and encourage our bodies to reorganise so they move in a more balanced, fluid way.
