Khody will help you to make sense of your anxiety, understand its function and equip you with tools you can easily and immediately implement to help you live free from its grasp. You will gain the knowledge and understanding of the essential 3 pillars that will allow you to unplug from the anxiety and live a full and happy life once more.
Hannah will be focusing on functional breathing giving you tools and knowledge to help you breath better on a daily basis, this in turn can produce more energy, a calmer nervous system and greater focus.

Khody Damestani MSc BSc (HONS) DIHP dip.emdr
is a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, performance coach, and leading expert in the areas of mental health and peak performance with over 20 years experience both as a lecturer and practitioner in private practice. He is the author of several degree modules in health psychology and the book ‘Anxiety Unplugged’ available in kindle format from Amazon. During his career he has worked with Olympic athletes, and Fortune 500 companies.
Hannah Dallison
Hannah trained as a breath facilitator with Oxygen Advantage and Breath Guru to help with breathing efficiency and emotional release. Her interest in breathing came about through 10 years of chronic fatigue and hypervigilance from childhood events. She now uses the breath to rebalance her nervous system, release emotions and aid with oxygen uptake by breathing more functionally
