Payment for classes
We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer
All 1-1, 2-1, and group studio sessions must be paid for in advance and will expire 6 months from the date of purchase. These are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy of 1-1, 2-1 or group studio sessions
24 hours notice is required for all 1-1, 2-1 or group studio sessions or the full fee will be charged.

N.B. A group studio session will only run if there is a minimum of 2 people in the group

Cancellation of Mat-work and Reformer course
Once booked we do not offer a refund on a mat-work or reformer course.

Catch up policy
If you’re unable to make a session on a mat or reformer course, Purely Pilates offers the option of catching up on another class. This offer is subject to availability and must be at the same class level or below. All missed classes must be used as a catch up within the eight week course block.

What to wear in class
For hygiene reasons we request that clients wear socks in the studio at all times.
